Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for 4th respondent. 2.

Petitioner had applied for regularization of the properties in her occupation vide application No.APLADB150225000615 in 2015 and contends that the competent authority under G.O.Ms.No.59 Revenue (Assignment-II) Department dt.30-12-2014, has not passed any orders thereon even though petitioner had paid the full amount payable thereunder.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that the committee, constituted under the said G.O. for considering applications for regularization, would pass appropriate orders on petitioner's application within eight weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Committee constituted under the said G.O. to consider the applications for regularization and pas appropriate orders on petitioner's application within eight weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
