HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.24717 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A.1 in Crime No.184 of 2017 of Hanamakonda Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-A.1 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, apart from perusing the material available on record. 3.

Having argued for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner-A.1 would submit that a direction to the petitioner-A.1 to surrender before the Court concerned and seek bail would suffice. 4.

In view of the specific and grave allegations, it cannot be said that the petitioner-A.1 is innocent person and falsely implicated in this case. Under these circumstances, the petitioner-A.1 is directed to surrender before the Court concerned and seek bail and the Court below shall dispose of the said bail application in accordance with law. 5.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
