This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in cancelling the authorisation of the petitioner's fair price shop No.31, situated at Ankampalli Village, Beluguppa Mandal of Anantapur District, vide D.Dis.No.1248/2015/B1, dated 19.04.2016, without following any procedure contemplated under law, as illegal and arbitrary and to set aside the same and for a consequential direction to the respondents to release the essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to avail appeal against the impugned order dated 19.04.2016.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned order dated 19.04.2016.
