HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.44986 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner complains inaction in hearing either the stay application or the appeal filed by him.

I have perused the Memorandum of Grounds and the stay application filed on 15.12.2017.

Keeping in view the urgency stated by petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of by this order.

(a) The 2nd respondent considers and disposes of the stay application filed by petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of rec eipt of a copy of this order.

(b) Till the stay application is heard and disposed of, without prejudice to the merits of the c ase pleaded by petitioner and 5th respondent, the parties are directed to maintain status-quo as on 15.12.2017.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
