SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.24703 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is accused No.8, in Crime No.73 of 2017 on the file of Mudivedu Police Station, Chittoor District. The offences alleged are under Sections 120(b) and 302 R/w.34 of I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he also participated along with other accused in committing the murder of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other accused in this case already obtained regular bail. But on the said ground this petition cannot be allowed as the facts of this case do not warrant grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner can surrender before the lower Court and obtain regular bail. 4.

Accordingly, with the above observation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
