This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners-A.1 and A.2 in Crime No.145 of 2017 of Pedemul Police Station, Vikarabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 504 and 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3(1)(zc)(s)(r) and 3(2)(v) of the S.Cs. and S.Ts. (POA) Act. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners-A.1 and A.2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, apart from perusing the material available on record. 3.

The earlier bail application of the petitioners-A.1 and A.2 was dismissed by this Court, vide orders dated 19.12.2017 in Crl.P.No.12278 of 2017. While dealing with the said bail petition, the allegations and the contentions were elaborately dealt with by this Court and held that it is not a fit case to allow the bail application, as there is a statutory bar for the offences alleged under the provisions of the S.Cs. and S.Ts. (POA) Act. 4.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
