This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.125 of 2017 on the file of Tukaramgate Police Station, Gopalapuram Division, Secunderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 08.11.2017 and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR No.125 of 2017 has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to file appropriate application before the competent Court. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
