ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.134 of 2017 of Women Police Station, Central Crime Station, DD, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC and under Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against the petitioners/A1 to A4. 2.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submitted that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet on appropriate application. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
