THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.44974 of 2017 ORDER:

The letter dated 13.12.2017, issued by the 5th respondent in Lr.No.2/WZO/16817/2017 is challenged before this Court. 2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Sampath Prabhakar, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, submits that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in M. Sada Lakshmi v. The State of Telangana and others1, which fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3) In those circumstances, recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court in M. Sada Lakshmi case (1 supra). Office to tag a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.6195 of 2017 to this Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs. 4) Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
