THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.44955 of 2017 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioners is that respondents 3 to 5 have encroached into their land and made constructions without there being any permission. Though the 1st petitioner sought information under the Right to Information Act, the same has not been furnished. Setting out their grievance, the 2nd petitioner also made a representation on 07.12.2017, to the 2nd respondentCommissioner, Macherial Municipality, Macherial, however, the same has not been attended to.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri N. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent. Considering the nature of the relief, which the petitioners is seeking, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself directing the 2nd respondent to take into consideration the representation, dated 07.12.2017, submitted by the petitioners and take action in accordance with law. If respondents 3 to 5 commit any violation, the petitioners are also at liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
