HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.44928 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.V.Narayana Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner, so also, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3, submit that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by a common order of this Court, in W.P.No.19469 of 2016 dated 03.01.2017, and a copy of the same is placed on record, along with the writ petition, as material papers.

Following the above order, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms thereof, and respondent No.3 is directed to continue the petitioner in service till he attains the age of 60 years.

Office to enclose a copy of the order in W.P.No.19469 of 2016 dated 03.01.2017.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
