When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleaders appearing for the respondents that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 11.12.2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.24022 of 2017 and batch. A copy of the said order is also placed on record.

Following the above said common order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms thereof.
