This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.1333 of 2017 of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 29.10.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject crime, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed and the XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, has taken cognizance of the case on 31.07.2018 and C.C number is awaited. 4.
In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous leaving open the remedies available to the petitioner/ accused No.1 under law.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
