Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioner-Association's grievance is that it had made a representation on 22.08.2017 to the 3rd respondent for allotment of land to the members of its Society and contends that the same is not being decided by the 3rd respondent. 3.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will decide the said representation within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to decide the petitioner's representation dt.22.08.2017 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner-Association. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
