Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner contends that his name was deleted from the online phani by 4th respondent without any prior notice and he has submitted a representation dt.06-12-2017 to 4th respondent to restore his name therein. He contends that 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will decide the said application of the petitioner within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to decide the petitioner's application within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
