SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI Criminal Petition No.24733 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of bail to the petitioner, who is accused No.6, in Crime No.357 of 2017 on the file of III Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, Visakhapatnam District. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Section 120(B), 302, 397, 398, 449, 341, 352, 307, r/w 34 IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, A-6, has not participated in the crime and he is the innocent. But, as could be seen from the material on record, this Court had already dismissed the bail application of the petitioner on merits but not on any other ground. In such circumstances, there cannot be any other opinion expressed with regard to granting of bail to the petitioner, A-6. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
