Petitioner's grievance is that she had preferred an appeal on 18.12.2017 before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.06.12.2017 of the 3rd respondent under the A.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905 along with a stay application and that the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the appeal as well as the stay application.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said appeal within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. Till the disposal of the said appeal, there shall be stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the order dt.06.12.2017 of the 3rd respondent. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
