THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.45094 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner had applied in Form 6A prescribed under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 on 03.10.2017 through online to 2nd respondent for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject property and contends that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.03.10.2017 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
