HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.45143 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following prayer; "...to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the power supply to the petitioner house at premises bearing No.2-56/9/C/53A, in Sy.No.11/28 and 11/29, situated at Khanammet, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy, as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to release the power supply without being influenced by the instructions of the 5th respondent and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that in similar circumstances, this Court allowed the writ petition No.32614 of 2015 dated 18.12.2015.

Heard Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, following the order dated 18.12.2015 in
