Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order dated 11.08.2016 in W.P.No.24103 of 2016 & batch.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
