Crl.P.M.P. Nos.2 and 3 of 2017: These petitions are filed under Section 320 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short " Cr.P.C." ) to record compromise, permit the petitioner to enter into compromise and quash the proceedings in Crime No.277 of 2017 on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323 and 506 IPC, as the parties are living together leading martial life. The parties are present in person. They are identified by their respective counsel and produced photostat copies of Aadhar cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, the petitioner and the respondent No.2 stated that they are living together and leading marital life and seeks permission to compound the offence. As the petitioner and respondent No.

2 are living together leading marital life, the proceedings in Crime No.277 of 2017 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, may lead to unnecessary controversies in their marital life. Therefore, taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case including leading marital life, permission is accorded as sought for and the proceedings in Crime No.277 of 2017 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, are hereby quashed.

Crl.P. No.24769 of 2017:

In view of the orders passed in Crl.P.M.P. Nos.2 and 3 of 2017, this criminal petition is allowed.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
