Petitioner had made an application on 08.07.2016 through online for conduct of F-Line/sub-division/survey in respect of the land claimed by him to the respondents and contends that the respondents 4 to 6 are not taking any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the respondents 4 to 6 will conduct survey and fix boundaries in respect of the land claimed by the petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the survey report to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 4 to 6 to conduct survey and fix boundaries in respect of the land claimed by the petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all affected parties, and communicate the survey report to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
