These three Writ Petitions are being disposed of by this common order as the relief sought for in these three Writ Petitions is same.

These Writ Petitions were filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not mutating the names of the petitioners in the Revenue Records in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.5.00 in Sy.No.137/12 situated in Chunchupally Village and Mandal, Bhadradi Kothagudem District, in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.5.00 in Sy.No.137/12 situated in Chunchupally Village and Mandal, Bhadradi Kothagudem District, and in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.8.00 in Sy.No.137/12 situated in Chunchupally Village and Mandal, Bhadradi Kothagudem District, respectively, in spite of representations by the petitioners.

When the learned counsel for the petitioners was asked as to whether applications were filed under Form-6-A seeking mutation of the names of the petitioners, learned counsel replied that no such applications were filed. 4.

In the circumstances, these Writ Petitions are disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate applications

in accordance with the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act and pursue the same. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
