These writ petitions are filed challenging the proceedings dated 1.12.2011 of the 1st respondent directing the District Registrars of different districts, to instruct the Sub Registrars concerned, to follow the interim injunction orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Madras in Contempt Petition No.1205 of 2010.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present Writ Petitions is covered by a common order passed in Writ Petition No.4595 of 2015 and batch dated 4.3.2015. The said submission is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader.
In view of the same, these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the 4th respondent to accept the documents submitted by the petitioners for registration and consider the same in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act if the said documents fulfil the requirements of the Act and take necessary action in accordance with law.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
