THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.45167 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that he had made a representation on 11.12.2017 for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to the 2nd respondent and contends that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
