CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 24775 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-12 under section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A-12 in Crime No. 21 of 2015 of Thripuraram Police Station, Nalgonda district, registered for the offences punishable under section 418, 409, 420 of I.P.C.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the above statement, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
