Learned counsel for the petitioner says that subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by common order of this Court in WP.Nos 10285 of 2014, W.P.No.3548 and 3584 of 2015, dated 10-07-2015. The same is not disputed by learned Government Pleader for Agriculture.

In view of the above, the writ petition is also disposed of in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
