This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 15.11.2017 in Crl.M.P. No.287 of 2017 in D.V.C. No.47 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cumSpecial Mobile Court-cum-XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner having argued for time, seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file an appeal as required under the Domestic Violence Act. 4.

Granting the liberty sought for, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition, shall also stand dismissed. 5.

The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order.
