CVNR,J & TA,J W.P.No.45365 of 2017 05.01.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside revision order, dated 24.07.2017, vide DC Order No.362 in R.R.No. R1/07/2017-18, of respondent No.3.

At the hearing, Mr.S.Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has not disputed that his client has the remedy of appeal before the Value Added Tax (VAT) Appellate Tribunal. 3.

In view of availability of the alternative remedy, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition for adjudication on merits of the case.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, is dismissed, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal.
