None appears for the petitioner in the morning as well as in the afternoon.

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief. "To issue writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not accepting the bid application submitted by the petitioner Company in respect of School Kits Project initiated by the first respondent vide "e"NIT.No.8/SAC/SWM/CE/Tender Notice/2017-18, dated 20.11.2017, as illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions of law and consequently direct the respondents to receive and process the bid application submitted by the petitioner Company in respect of School Kits Project initiated by the first respondent and permit the petitioner Company to participate in the tender process in respect of School Kits Project initiated by the first respondent vide "e"NIT.No.8/SAC/SWM/CE/Tender Notice/2017-18, dated 20.11.2017."

This Court, by order dated 02.01.2018, directed the respondents to receive the demand draft furnished by the petitioner company and permit the petitioner company to participate in the further tender process including the opening of technical as well as price bids on the dates scheduled for such openings.

In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
