HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.45265 of 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) The present petition is filed with the prayer which reads as under: "... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 4 and 5 to produce the detenues, namely one E.Mallikharjuna Yadav, age 34 years, who is the husband of the petitioner and the other one namely T.Swamy, S/o.T.Mallaiah, age 45 years, residents of Hyderabad, forthwith before this Hon'ble Court and further declare that the action of the respondents 4 and 5 on the instigation of respondents 6 to 9 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India..."

Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents on advance notice submits that the alleged detenues were arrested on 29.12.2017 in connection with the case in FIR No.1098 of 2017 on the file of P.S., Jagathgirigutta for the offences under Sections 447, 427, 420, 34 IPC and Section 3 of PDPPA, thereafter, they were produced before the concerned Court on 30.12.2017 and they were remanded to judicial custody. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary in the present petition and the same is accordingly closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the petition, stand closed.
