Since the respondent has issued endorsement in proceedings in Rc.Dt/05/2018 dated 24.01.2018 in pursuance of the order passed by this court in W.P.No.4646 of 2017 dated 10.02.2017, I do not find any violation of the order passed by this court and hence the contempt case is dismissed. It is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 24.01.2018 in accordance with law.
