Petitioners' grievance is that they had applied in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 to 4th respondent on 22.03.2017 and 09.01.2017, respectively, for mutation and issuance of e-pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the lands claimed by them and contends that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the said applications within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioners' applications within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
