CVNR, J & TA, J Order: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to grant an order, direction or writ, more so in the nature of Writ of Prohibition or any other appropriate writ restraining the 2nd respondent from proceeding under Notice for sale of land admeasuring Acs.29-11 guntas in Sy.No.18, 19, 20, 21 (Part), Yavapur Village, Sadashivpet Mandal incuding land, building, plant and machinery of 4th Respondent Company, in Form 7A vide Sangareddy District Gazette No.31 dated 08-12-2017 signed on 13.12.2017 by Deputy Commercial Tax Officer -I, Sangareddy in violation of Section 446 of the Companies Act, 1956."

At the hearing, Mr.D.Narendar Naik, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, IA.No.1 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
