THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8578 OF 2003 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in refusing to receive the application of the petitioner for the post of 'Archaka' pursuant to the notification dated 22.04.2003, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court while admitting the writ petition on 02.05.2003, passed interim direction to receive the application of the petitioner and consider the same on merits along with the other applications. Since, the relief sought in the writ petition is worked out by virtue of interim order dated 02.05.2003, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order dated 02.05.2003, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.11077 of 2003. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
