JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant.

On 12.10.2022, it is represented that learned counsel for the appellant is no more. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the appellant. On 15.10.2022 this Court issued notice to the appellant. Inspite of issuance of notice to the appellant, there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the appellant is not interested to pursue the litigation. Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
