HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3385 of 2007 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed to set aside the order dated 13.06.2007 passed in E.A.No.217 of 2006 in E.P.No.146 of 2004 in O.S.No.19 of 2002 on the file of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

2. When this matter was called on 19.08.2016, none appeared for the petitioner. It was directed to be listed for dismissal on 22.08.2016. Though the matter was listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 22.08.2016, there was no representation and in order to give one more opportunity the matter was adjourned to this date under the caption of dismissal.

3. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
