THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE ABHI NAND KUMAR SHAVI LI WRI T PETI TI ON NO.4292 OF 2003 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the unofficial respondent that the dispute has been settled between the parties on 5.6.2017 and the management has deposited an amount of Rs.96,000/- with the 1st respondent i.e., the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Hyderabad Twin Cities; and learned counsel for the contesting respondent submits that his client has already withdrawn an amount of Rs.40,000/- and he may be permitted to withdraw the balance amount with interest.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, by placing the memorandum of settlement dated 5.6.2017 on record, the writ petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
