HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY C.M.A.No.38 of 2004 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed challenging the decree and judgment, dated 30.07.1992 passed in I.A.No.163 of 1992 in M.O.P.No.249 of 1989 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-III Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 28.07.2015 before the Registry. Permission as sought for is granted.

Hence, the C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
