The undisputed facts of the case reseal that the respondent/writ petitioner came up before this Court being aggrieved by an order dated 13.05.2016, by which his licence was suspended for a period of six months. The learned Single Judge has allowed the writ petition in th,: year 2016. We are in the year 2022 and the period of slx months is already over.
Therefore, the present writ appeal stands disposed of with an observation that all the legal issues are left open. Pending miscellaneous applications, if an-y, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
