This criminal revision case is filed against the orders of the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of cases of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast case cum Additional Family court, Hyderabad dated 27.8.2O15 in M.C.No.33 of 2013 ordering the petitioner to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.3,000/ to the respondent No.2 from July, 2015.

l,earned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the subject matter of this case has become infructuous and hence no further orders are required and therefore seeks to dismiss the criminal revision case as infructuous 3.
