The learned counsel for the Applicant, after arguing for some time, seeks leave to withdraw this application 2.

In view of the peculiar facts of the case, the trial is expedited and the Application is disposed of as withdrawn. The learned Sessions Judge to make an endeavour to conclude the trial within nine months from the date of receipt of that order. If the said trial does not conclude within nine months, for no fault of the Applicant, the Applicant shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
