Consent Terms between the parties are recorded. Respective counsel state that those terms are already implemented. Separate affidavits are filed by the husband and the complainant wife to that effect. 2.
Parties state that the complainant has thereafter remarried and is having a male child.

They therefore request to quash the FIR and make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) without insisting upon appearance of the parties.

The petitioner is present and respondent No.2 complainant is appearing through her advocate.
