All these applications arise out of Crime No.34 of 2022 registered with Ayesha Nagar Police Station, under Section 353, 332, 395, 143, 147, 148, 149, 4 and 27 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the Applicants states that after the filling of these Applications, the charge-sheet is filed. The Applicants are desirous of approaching the learned Sessions Judge afresh for bail. The learned counsel for the Applicants, therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Applications.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of any such applications, if filed, the present Criminal Applications are disposed of as withdrawn.
