However, inadvertently an ad-interim order came to be uploaded in the instant matter instead of Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2969 of 2023. Hence, the matter is listed today for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 1st March, 2024 and further directions.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instruction, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to prefer a fresh application before the trial Court as, in the intervening period, charge-sheet has been lodged.
