This is an application seeking modification of order dated 22nd April, 2016. The applicant was granted anticipatory bail by directing that in the event of arrest of the applicant, she may be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the investigation is completed and charge-sheet has been filed. It is further submitted that she has furnished surety in the sum of

rpa 2/3 Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand), however, she is not in a position to arrange for another surety of Rs.15,000/- Rupees Fifteen Thousand). It is, therefore, submitted that the bail amount, as stipulated in order dated 22nd April, 2016 may be reduced to Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand). Taking into consideration the fact that the applicant is a lady and she is not been able to arrange for a surety, I am inclined to modify the order dated 22nd April, 2016. Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) The order dated 22nd April, 2016 is modified to the extent that in the event of arrest, the applicant accused be enlarged on bail upon furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand), with one solvent surety in the like amount instead of the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount;

rpa 3/3 (ii) The Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
