We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondent - State. The Petitioner alleges contempt of the order dated 28th June 2021. The learned AGP has placed on record communication dated 17th August 2022 issued by the State to the Commissioner, Medical Education and Research. It is submitted that in the case of the Petitioner warning has been issued to the concerned.

According to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, allegations were serious in nature. The same cannot be the subject matter of the contempt petition. The Petitioner if so desires may assail the order as may be permissible in law.

As the decision is taken, contempt stands purged. Contempt petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 4.

The learned AGP on instructions submits that a copy of the documents at Reference No.4 would be provided to the petitioner i.e. dt. 30th June 2021.
