DATED: FEBRUARY 11, 2015.

P.C:

Heard. Grievance of the Applicant, who has sent this letter through jail seems to be that in spite of the charge being framed on 3-4-2014 and recording of evidence having commenced on 21-6-2014 only four witnesses have been examined at trial and the trial proceedings are dormant from 27-7-2014. 2.

It is not in dispute that the trial of the Applicant is before the Sessions Court. Having regard to it, the application is disposed of with the direction to the Court of Sessions to proceed with said trial practically on day to day basis and make best endeavour to complete the trial at the earliest and in any event before 30-4-2015 saving all just exceptions.
