In view of the said letter dated 6th July, 2018, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw Criminal Bail Application No.2 of 2018. The same is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of the withdrawal of Criminal Bail Application No.2 of 2018, the Intervention Application being Criminal Application No.270 of 2018 does not survive and the same is also disposed of. 4.

Mr.Surve, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant in Criminal Bail Application No.1188 of 2018 seeks time. 5.
