This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No. I-97 of 2016 registered with Vitthalwadi Police Station, District Thane. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicant in ABA No.1396/2016 to implead the original complainant Smt. Nisha Sujit Lund as respondent No.2.The said amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within the same stipulated period.
